These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "CGU") are intended to define the conditions of access and use of the Site. By accessing the Site, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE OF THE SITE

The Tap2Star.com Site allows users to:

  • Activate and manage their NFC and QR code products (Google review plates, business cards, etc.),
  • Configure the redirection URLs of their products,
  • Access their personal account as a Customer,
  • View usage statistics for their products (NFC/QR scans),
  • Manage their digital vCards,
  • Contact support via a contact form.

ARTICLE 3 – SITE ACCESS

The Site is freely accessible, 24/7, to any user with Internet access. ALPANET makes every effort to ensure Site accessibility, without obligation of result.

ALPANET reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to the Site for maintenance reasons,
  • Modify or delete any content or functionality,
  • Refuse or restrict access to certain parts of the Site.

ARTICLE 4 – CLIENT AREA

Activation and management of Tap2Star products require creating a user account. Access to this area is protected by personal credentials (email + password).

The Client agrees to:

  • Not to share their credentials,
  • Choose a strong password,
  • Notify ALPANET of any fraudulent use of their Account,
  • Provide accurate information when activating products.

Some features of the customer area are offered by paid subscription. Their price, renewal and cancellation are governed by Article 16 of the terms and conditions of sale.


ARTICLE 5 – USER BEHAVIOR

The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. In this regard, he is prohibited from:

  • Impersonate a third party,
  • Misuse the Site from its purpose,
  • Harm the security or integrity of the Site,
  • Configure redirect URLs pointing to illicit, hateful, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, racist, or hate-inciting content,
  • Use Tap2Star products for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
  • Resell, rent, redistribute or make available to third parties the Tap2Star products or the redirection management service, in particular for demonstration or commercial resale purposes.

Tap2Star products and services are intended for use within the user's own establishment. Any use for resale, for commercial demonstration to third parties, or for making the redirection service available to third-party customers is not permitted under a standard account. Such use — in particular the repeated modification of a product's destination for demonstration purposes — requires subscribing to our dedicated reseller offer. Failing this, ALPANET reserves the right to limit the frequency of redirection changes, and to suspend or deactivate the account or product concerned.

⚠️ Warning : ALPANET reserves the right to deactivate any product whose redirect URL points to illegal or inappropriate content, without notice or reimbursement.


ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and all its contents (texts, images, videos, brands, logos, graphic design, software, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of ALPANET.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, dissemination or exploitation of the Site or its elements is strictly prohibited.


ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected via the Site (contact form, account creation, product activation, etc.) is processed in accordance with Privacy policy.

The user has at any time the right to access, correct, object to, limit, delete and port their data.
