How to activate your Tap2Star product

Follow these 6 simple steps to activate your product in just a few minutes.

📱Step 1: Open the activation page

  • Scan the QR Code on your product
  • or
  • Tap your phone (with NFC enabled) on your product to use the contactless chip.

➡️ You will be automatically redirected to the product activation page.

⚙️Step 2: Click on "Activate now"

A "Product not configured" page appears.

Tap the "Activate now" button.

👤Step 3: Log in or create an account

  • If you already have a Tap2Star.com account, log in.
  • Otherwise, create an account in seconds to activate your product.

🔑Step 4: Activate your product

  1. The product ID should appear by default (example: ABC3-4DEF-5GH6). If it doesn't, you can use the camera to detect your product.
  2. Enter the activation code found on the sleeve (starts with T2S-…).
  3. Add a custom label to find your product easily in the list.

🌐Step 5: Configure your link

  • Choose the destination type: by searching for your business, by entering the destination URL, or by using a vCard (options vary depending on the product type).
  • Click on Activate to finalize the activation.

✅Step 6: Activation complete

🎉 Your product is now active!

You can immediately scan the QR Code or use the NFC chip to access your configured link.
